Ingredients:
- 1 pouch (1.5oz) Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix
- 1 box pistachio pudding
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 dry roasted pistachio nuts, chopped
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- In large bowl, stir flour, cookie mix, & pudding. Stir in melted butter & eggs
- Add pistachios & cranberries, mix well
- Drop tablespoons onto cookie sheet
- Bake 8-10 mins
- Cool on wire rack
