Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 1 round sour dough loaf (1 lb)
  • 1 lb Monterey Jack cheese, sliced thin
Instructions:
  1. Mix together: butter, lemon juice, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, & celery salt
  2. Cut bread diagonally into 1” slices to within 1/2” of bottom crust. Repeat in opposite direction
  3. Arrange cheese into slices of bread
  4. Wrap in foil, drizzle sauce over & close foil up
  5. Bake 350 for 15 min
  6. Open foil & bake 10 mins or until cheese melts
