Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs chicken breast, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 small head of broccoli
  • 1/2 tsp of each spice: salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika
  • 1-2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Teriyaki Sauce
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Add chopped veggies and olive oil to bowl. Mix.
  3. Add 1/2 tsp of each spice: salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Mix.
  4. Chop chicken to bite sized pieces and add 1/2 tsp of salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
  5. Add 1/2 Tbsp of teriyaki sauce to chicken. Mix.
  6. Lay parchment paper or foil on large cookies sheet/jelly roll pan and add veggies to one side and  chicken on the other side.
  7. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Till chicken is able 165 and veggies are soft.
  8. Stir the veggies and chicken together and add more teriyaki sauce on top.
  9. Serve over rice, coconut rice or fried rice.
