Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups dry rice
  • 1 (15 oz) can coconut milk
  • 1 garlic clove (minced) OR 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup water
Instructions:
  1. Add ingredients to pan. Mix. Place lid on and bring to boil over high heat.
  2. Once boiling, turn to low and stir occasionally.
  3. Simmer until liquid is mostly soaked up.
*Great with Asian or Indian food
