Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups dry rice
- 1 (15 oz) can coconut milk
- 1 garlic clove (minced) OR 1 tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup water
Instructions:
- Add ingredients to pan. Mix. Place lid on and bring to boil over high heat.
- Once boiling, turn to low and stir occasionally.
- Simmer until liquid is mostly soaked up.
