Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1 round sour dough loaf (1 lb)
- 1 lb Monterey Jack cheese, sliced thin
Instructions:
- Mix together: butter, lemon juice, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, & celery salt
- Cut bread diagonally into 1” slices to within 1/2” of bottom crust. Repeat in opposite direction
- Arrange cheese into slices of bread
- Wrap in foil, drizzle sauce over & close foil up
- Bake 350 for 15 min
- Open foil & bake 10 mins or until cheese melts
