Ingredients:
- 1 box pistachio pudding
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup dry roasted pistachios, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a large bowl, stir flour, sugar, baking soda, tartar, salt, and pudding. Stir in melted butter and eggs.
- Add pistachios and cranberries, mix well.
- Drop tablespoons onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
