Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken breast, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 small head of broccoli
- 1/2 tsp of each spice: salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika
- 1-2 Tbsp olive oil
- Buffalo Wild Wings Teriyaki Sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Add chopped veggies and olive oil to bowl. Mix.
- Add 1/2 tsp of each spice: salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Mix.
- Chop chicken to bite sized pieces and add 1/2 tsp of salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
- Add 1/2 Tbsp of teriyaki sauce to chicken. Mix.
- Lay parchment paper or foil on large cookies sheet/jelly roll pan and add veggies to one side and chicken on the other side.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes. Till chicken is able 165 and veggies are soft.
- Stir the veggies and chicken together and add more teriyaki sauce on top.
- Serve over rice, coconut rice or fried rice.
