Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, with liquid (get a can with only black beans if you can)
- 4 sprigs fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
- A pinch of kosher salt or sea salt
Instructions:
- In a medium pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add black beans with their liquid, garlic and the cilantro sprigs.
- Simmer over the medium heat for about 15 minutes until the beans slightly thicken.
- Then make taco salad. Put beans over crushed chips and add toppings (lettuce, cheese, sour cream, avocado or guacamole, salsa…)
