Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 sticks of butter
- 1 1/2 cup of flour
- 1/2 cups of chopped nuts (save some for top)
- 8 oz package of cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 12 oz frozen whipped topping (cool whip), thawed
- 2 3oz instant banana pudding
- 3 cups of milk
Instructions:
- Cream butter and flour together.
- Add nuts. Press the cookie mixture into a 13x9 pan.
- Bake 20 minute at 350°F. Should be lightly browned.
- Cool before adding the next layers.
- Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 the whipping topping. Spread over crust.
- Mix the instant pudding - 2 packages - with the 3 cups of milk and pour over the above layer.
- Finally spread the rest of the cool whip over the top.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
- Chill for 2 hours of more.
