Ingredients:
  • 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream
Crust
  • 1/2 cup white corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
Chocolate Sauce
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
  1. Melt together over low to medium.
  2. Measure 3 cups Rice Krispies into a bowl, pour melted ingredients over Rice Krispies and mix well.
  3. Pat into a buttered 9 inch pie pan (sides and bottom).
  4. Chill a bit, spread softened vanilla ice cream into crust (about 1/2 gallon or a bit less). Refreeze. Remove from freezer 10-15 minutes before serving. Top with whatever you would like or chocolate sauce.
Chocolate Sauce:
  1. Combine sugar, coco, cornstarch and salt, mix well.
  2. Add hot water and vanilla. Stir, bring to a boil and cook till thickened. (This doesn’t take but a few minutes.)
