8-9 hours or 4-4.5 hours
Ingredients:
- 1 lb shredded chicken
- 1 (15 oz can) diced tomatoes
- 1 (10 oz) can enchilada sauce
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
- 1 (14.5 oz) black beans
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups water
- 1 (14.5 oz) can chicken broth
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 (14.5 oz) can corn
- Toppings: tortilla chips crushed, cheese, sour cream and avocado
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients except for toppings in a 4 to 5 quart slow cooker. Cover, and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 4 1/2 hours.
- Add chips on top and enjoy.
