Ingredients:
- 1 9" unbaked pie crust
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 3/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1 generous cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
- Combine sugars, salt, corn syrup, & eggs in a bowl
- Pour chopped pecans into pie shell & spread evenly
- Gently pour pie filling over pecans in pie shell
- Place tin foil over the top of the pie, just setting it on top
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 mins. Remove foil & bake for another 20-35 mins or until set
- Cool completely before slicing
