Ingredients:

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast (both thawed or frozen work)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 TBSP orange juice
- 2 TBSP tomato paste (or spaghetti sauce)
- 1 TBSP sesame oil (or olive oil)
- 2 TSP garlic OR garlic powder
- 1/2 TSP ground ginger
- 3/4 TSP salt
- 1/4 TSP pepper

Instructions:
- Place chicken in a single layer in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Place the remaining ingredients in a bowl, whisk together, and pour over the chicken.
- Turn the chicken once to ensure even coating.
- Cook on low for 4 hours if thawed. Cook on high for 4 hours if frozen.
- Spoon any fat off the top of the sauce, then transfer the sauce to a small pan.
- Simmer the sauce over medium heat for 20 minutes, until it has reduced by half and is thicker.
- Toss the chicken in the sauce and serve over rice.
