Ingredients:
      • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast (both thawed or frozen work)
      • 1/3 cup soy sauce
      • 1/3 cup honey
      • 2 TBSP orange juice
      • 2 TBSP tomato paste (or spaghetti sauce)
      • 1 TBSP sesame oil (or olive oil)
      • 2 TSP garlic OR garlic powder
      • 1/2 TSP ground ginger
      • 3/4 TSP salt
      • 1/4 TSP pepper
Instructions:
  1. Place chicken in a single layer in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Place the remaining ingredients in a bowl, whisk together, and pour over the chicken.
  3. Turn the chicken once to ensure even coating.
  4. Cook on low for 4 hours if thawed. Cook on high for 4 hours if frozen.
  5. Spoon any fat off the top of the sauce, then transfer the sauce to a small pan.
  6. Simmer the sauce over medium heat for 20 minutes, until it has reduced by half and is thicker.
  7. Toss the chicken in the sauce and serve over rice.
