Ingredients:
Cookies
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 8oz sour cream
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 4 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup butter
- 4 cup powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp milk
- Dash of vanilla
Instructions:
- Mix butter, sugar, eggs, & sour cream together until we’ll blended
- mix in vanilla, baking soda, baking powder, & salt
- Add in 2 1/2 cups of flour in
- Add rest of flour in by hand until stiff dough is reached (you may not need to add in all the flour)
- Freeze for 1 hour
- Roll out thick (about 1/4") between 2 pieces of parchment paper
- Dip cookie cutter in powder sugar to keep from sticking
- Keep dough in freezer when not in use
- Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes (don’t overbake)
- Whip frosting ingredients together (only make half of frosting mix for single batch)
