Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 3 Tbsp mayo
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp pickle juice
- 1 tsp ACV
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Smoked paprika to garnish
Instructions:
- Place eggs in pot and cover with cold water by about 1 inch
- Bring to a boil, then cover, remove from the heat, and let sit for 10-12 minutes
- Let eggs cool and peel, cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks
- Mix all yolks, mayo, mustard, pickle juice, ACV, & salt & pepper until smooth
- Spoon/pipe filling back into egg whites
- Sprinkle w/ smoked paprika
- Chill for at least 20 minutes before serving
