Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 lbs of Yukon Gold potatoes
- 1/2 c Mayo
- 1/3 c Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 tsp Mustard
- 2 Hardboiled Eggs diced
- 2 Tbsp sweet relish -substitute for onions or celery if you prefer
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:

Wash & peel potatoes & cut into halves or thirds

Place potatoes in a pot of salted water, bring to a boil, and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until fork tender, drain well

Add all ingredients on top of warm potatoes and gently toss potatoes until evenly coated

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
