  • 12 count Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 cups prepared stuffing
  • 8 ounces carved turkey slices
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (jellied or whole)
  • 3 teaspoons dijon mustard, divided
  • 6 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced dried onion
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half so you have tops and bottoms. Lay the bottom half in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the prepared stuffing evenly onto the bottom rolls.
  3. Next layer the sliced turkey evenly over the stuffing layer.
  4. In a bowl mix together the cranberry sauce with 1-½ teaspoons of dijon mustard. Set aside.
  5. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in the microwave.
  6. To the melted butter add the rest of the dijon mustard (1 ½ teaspoons), Worcestershire sauce, dried onions and poppy seeds. Whisk to combine.
  7. Spread the cranberry mixture evenly on top of the turkey layer.
  8. Add the top rolls on top of the filling.
  9. Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
  10. Cover with nonstick foil or spray foil with cooking spray. Cover the baking dish with the foil and bake for 25 minutes. Take the foil off and bake for an additional 5 minutes until toasted and browned.
  11. Let cool slightly. Cut the rolls then serve!

Notes

  • Sliced cheese can be added
  • The glaze really makes these, I would not skip it.
