Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground deed
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 6 flour tortillas (6 inch)
- 1-2 cans pinto beans, rinsed
- 1-2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
- 4-5 scrambled eggs (optional)

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Brown ground beef, drain. Stir in salsa and taco seasoning; simmer on low for 10 minutes.
- Spread about 1/2 of the ground beef on the sprayed bottom of a 9x13 pan. Cover with 2 tortillas.
- Add another layer of ground beef, half the beans, 1/2 of the cheese, 2 tortillas. Repeat layers and top with cheese.
- Cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and let stand in the oven for 5 minutes.
