Ingredients:
  • 1/2-1lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced OR 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 (26 oz) jar of spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 8 oz spaghetti, broken into 3rds.
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  1. In large pot, brown ground beed with onions (and peppers).
  2. Add garlic.
  3. Add chicken broth, spaghetti sauce and water.
  4. Bring to boil!
  5. Add spaghetti noodles and reduce heat.
  6. Cook, covers for 15-20 minutes or until spaghetti is cooked. Don’t over cook as it can get dry.
  7. Stir in Parmesan just before serving.
