Ingredients:
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn starch
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
  • Pastry for double crust pie
Instructions:
  1. In a large pan, mix sugar, starch, cinnamon, and salt
  2. Stir in water & lemon juice
  3. Add berries & cook until mixture comes to a boil; stir frequently
  4. Line your pie pan with bottom crust & trim edges
  5. Add the filling & dot with butter
  6. Use the remaining pastry to make a lattice crust
  7. Bake at 350 for 40-50 mins or until golden brown
