Ingredients:
- 1 cup dates (about 15)
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
Instructions:
- Liquefy coconut oil.
- Combine dates, almond, extract, salt, oil and coco powder in food processor.
- Pulse until well combined and mostly chopped.
- Roll mixture into small balls.
- Once rolled, then roll each ball in coconut flakes.
- Keep refrigerated.
