Ingredients:
  • 1 cup dates (about 15)
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
Instructions:
  1. Liquefy coconut oil.
  2. Combine dates, almond, extract, salt, oil and coco powder in food processor.
  3. Pulse until well combined and mostly chopped.
  4. Roll mixture into small balls.
  5. Once rolled, then roll each ball in coconut flakes.
  6. Keep refrigerated.
