Ingredients:
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 lb chicken (2 chicken breasts) cut up into cubs (or used canned)
- Rice
- chow mein noodles
- celery
- green onions
- onions
- canned crushed pineapple
- cheddar cheese
- almond slivers
- tomatoes
- shredded coconut
- mandarin oranges
Instructions:
- Combine first 3 ingredients into a crock pot an cook on low for 4 hours.
- Cook 4 cups of rice and top with the chicken gravy and then top with all or as many toppings as you desire.
