Ingredients:
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 lb chicken (2 chicken breasts) cut up into cubs (or used canned)
  • Rice
Toppings:
  • chow mein noodles
  • celery
  • green onions
  • onions
  • canned crushed pineapple
  • cheddar cheese
  • almond slivers
  • tomatoes
  • shredded coconut
  • mandarin oranges
Instructions:
  1. Combine first 3 ingredients into a crock pot an cook on low for 4 hours.
  2. Cook 4 cups of rice and top with the chicken gravy and then top with all or as many toppings as you desire.
*This is a great one to double and for big groups.
