Ingredients:
  • 4 ripe bananas, or 1 1/3 cups of mashed bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Grease muffins tins
  3. Peel bananas & mix with melted butter & smash together with fork. Keep blending until mixture is creamy and smooth (not chunky)
  4. Add sugar, egg & vanilla & mix until just combined
  5. Stir in salt & baking soda
  6. Add flour & chocolate chips & mix until just combined
  7. Divide into muffin tins
  8. Bake 18-20 mins or until toothpick comes out clean
*It\'s best to not use liners since the muffins are so moist they tend to stick and be messy, unless you spray the liners with non-stick cooking spray right before baking
