Ingredients:
  • 2-3 cups rice
  • 2-3 chicken breasts
  • 1 can of cream chicken soup
  • 1 can of milk
  • 4 oz of cream cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can of green chilies (optional)
Instructions:
  1. Cook chicken and shred
  2. Cook rice
  3. Mix cream cheese, soup, sour cream, milk first to make sure cream cheese is completely mixed, then add in rice
  4. Combine all ingredients in 9x13 and bake at 350°F for 30 mins, or until bubbly
  5. Sprinkle with cheese and put back in oven until cheese is melted
