Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (1.5oz) Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix
  • 1 box pistachio pudding
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 dry roasted pistachio nuts, chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. In large bowl, stir flour, cookie mix, & pudding. Stir in melted butter & eggs
  3. Add pistachios & cranberries, mix well
  4. Drop tablespoons onto cookie sheet
  5. Bake 8-10 mins
  6. Cool on wire rack
