Ingredients:
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mini-chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
  1. Mix everything together.
  2. Let dough chill for 30 minutes at least.
  3. Roll into balls.
  4. Keep refrigerated.
