Ingredients:
- 2-3 cups rice
- 2-3 chicken breasts
- 1 can of cream chicken soup
- 1 can of milk
- 4 oz of cream cheese
- Sour cream
- Cheddar cheese
- 1 can of green chilies (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook chicken and shred
- Cook rice
- Mix cream cheese, soup, sour cream, milk first to make sure cream cheese is completely mixed, then add in rice
- Combine all ingredients in 9x13 and bake at 350°F for 30 mins, or until bubbly
- Sprinkle with cheese and put back in oven until cheese is melted
