Ingredients:
- 1/2-1lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 green pepper, diced (optional)
- 1 clove garlic, minced OR 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 (26 oz) jar of spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 oz spaghetti, broken into 3rds.
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- In large pot, brown ground beed with onions (and peppers).
- Add garlic.
- Add chicken broth, spaghetti sauce and water.
- Bring to boil!
- Add spaghetti noodles and reduce heat.
- Cook, covers for 15-20 minutes or until spaghetti is cooked. Don’t over cook as it can get dry.
- Stir in Parmesan just before serving.
